Help! Brittle catastrophe!
I was using The Wednesday Chef's recipe for Cashew Brittle...but it didn't work. I'm pretty sure it's something I did wrong as no one else seemed to have problems w/the recipe.
It's been cooling for over 10 min. and it's still gooey and not setting up. Any advice for me??
