Coconut: Way or No Way?
WAY for me.
I love coconut cream pie with toasted coconut on top.
Ina Garten's coconut cake is to die for.
I don't care for it in savory applications, with the exception of coconut fried shrimp.
My mother used to make a no-bake cookie rolled in coconut. I loved most of her food, but that one - not so much.
