I was wondering if any of you have ever had the wonderful Wonton Soup at Buddha Bodai down in Chinatown? If so, would you know how to make a soup like that? I love the broth because a) it's so light and delicate. It's obviously not like the dense, salty store bought stuff. And b) it's vegetarian and kosher! Let me know if you have any ideas/recipes guys.
Oh and while we're at it, if you pretty much know how to make anything vegetarian like Buddha Bodai does, please share your ideas!
