I have a friend that attended Alton Brown's cooking demonstration this past week in Miami. Now, I have been trying to get said friend into wine and she finally had her "aha" moment with a wine pairing that he did. It was a chardonnay and now she can't remember the name.
Does anyone know? I've looking throughout the web at sites I could think of and haven't found anything yet.
