Peking Duck? Or something?
Hey all,
You know, I've never had that duck in a restaurant where they bring you those little rice pancakes and the duck and you make yourself a little sandwich with it and it looks sooooo delicious, but I always see people eating it and I always want to order it myself. So this question is a two parter:
-What is that dish called, and how do I order it?
-Any recommendations on where to get it in Chinatown, NY (Manhattan)?
I know someone out there is a chinatown duck master. School me.
