One Pot Meals: Way or No Way?
Pot roast, soup, stew, chili, casseroles, paella, crab & lobster bakes - I love them all. There is something comforting in combining complementary foods and spices. They are usually easy and require little clean-up as an added bonus.
I know some people don't want any component of their meal to touch another on the plate. I would imagine they'd be horrified to find a big bowl of meat, veggies & gravy sitting in front of them. They would probably only eat the slice of thick buttered bread, meant to sop up the gravy/sauce/au jus. I pity you all! :-)
Yes, I'm WAY into these one pot marvels.
