Cooking and Baking

I have a box of "no boil" lasagna noodles...

...a gallon bag of left over mixed roasted butter nut squash and sweet potatoes and about 2 cups of leftover cooked chicken.

How does one turn this into lasagna without going to the supermarket? I have milk, flour, cheese and eggs in the house. I just don't know how to proceed because the noodles are "no boil" and I've only every used them to make the traditional tomato based lasagna on the back of the box. Should I even worry about it? Do I need to add more liquid?
