Horseradish: Way or No Way?
Way, way, way!
It brings out the best in beef, enhances a Bloody Mary, and gives cocktail sauce it's kick. Also opens those sinuses! ;o)
Those are my main uses for horseradish, but I would be happy to try it with other foods, if you have any suggestions.
I've never grated my own, have you?
