Herb Overload!

Help! I bought some fresh herbs for a recipe that only needed a small amount of what I ended up buying. It was the first nice meal I cooked for my boyfriend so I wanted to have fresh herbs and went a little overboard. The next day, my mother mentioned that she had recently bought a lot of fresh herbs from the same place and wasn't going to use them. I thought if anyone could provide me with an herb-tastic recipe, it's you guys. I have thyme, rosemary, parsley, chives, sage, thai basil and lemon thyme. Multiple recipes covering all of these ingredients would be greatly appreciated.
