I have formulated my list for the day. The house has been cleaned and now the finishing touches. May everyone in The SE community and staff have a great holiday!

Today is December 25, 2009 in SYDNEY AUSTRALIA, its just after 4 pm, so I gather all in USA will soon be waking up to Xmas too. I would like to wish all at SERIOUS EATS, & ALL who read a very MERRY CHRISTMAS, thank you for all your GREAT articles ( this would be easier to write if my spoilt toy black poodle, LUCY, would stop trying to.//./,.(Lucys input) kiss her "mummy" I hope to receive more pleasure , cooking knowledge in 2009.
