Farm-to-table dinners near NYC?
Hey metro-NY-based Serious Eaters -- hope you can help my friend with the following question, as I'm drawing a complete blank:
------
I want to get my friend a specific Christmas present. A few months ago, I read in the Times about a farm-experience near the city, where you spend a Saturday butchering a hog, preparing it for dinner, and cooking all day with a group for a meal you eat together in the evening. However, now I can't find the article I read. Do you know of any farm-to-table experiences like this?
------
Any ideas re: where he might be talking about? Thanks much!

I think you're talking about this NYT article on a supper club
