Cookie exchange: what do you hope others will make?
Okay, we all make cookies we like, but you can't make everything. (well, you can, but then it gets hard to wade through the tons of cookies cluttering up the house).
So, if you get involved in a cookie exchange, what cookies do you hope that someone else will make?

No one ever bakes me cookies but my mom. They seem to be afraid to.
I wonder why?

@jerzee, I am fearless. I would bake you a cookie. :-)
It would not, however, include coconut or raisins, so of that's what you were hoping for, you're out of luck.

Every Christmas, I look forward to magic cookie bars. I can't seem to get 'em right. Fortunately, my MIL makes fantastic ones. So, we trade. I make bread, she makes magic cookie bars, everyone's happy.

I'm cheating and making the staples from those pouches:
PB Blossoms, Chocolate Chip, and White Chocolate Macadamia
Yes, I knowww!
At home, I usually do:
Biscotti, Chocolate Crinkles, Gingerbread, Spritz, Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Balls, Double Chocolate, Chocolate & Mint, Molasses, and Sugar.
Not to mention the other candies and goodies that go along with.
sigh. I'm already planning for next Christmas..

Since I live in an international dorm, I would love my fellow residents to bake cookies that are traditional treats in their country. I would enjoy trying nanaimo bars, pfeffernuessse, kourabiedes, and maamoul as well as adding the recipes to my own Christmas cookie collection. As a Filipina born and raised in America, I would contribute Food for the Gods (Filipino date/walnut bar) and Chocolate Chip (quintessential American).
