Cioppino
I've always loved this amazingly filling fish stew, and I've made it before but never quite to my own satisfaction. Alas, I may never recreate the sensational cioppino at Phil's Fish market in Moss Landing, but perhaps a few of you might be able to offer some tips. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated, Happy Holidays.
