Whole Wheat Israeli Cous Cous?
I love making cold Israeli cous cous salads but would like to start using whole wheat rather than semolina cous cous. I've looked for it at Fairway and Trader Joe's to no avail. Anyone know where to find it?

Really? For the whole wheat Israeli variety? That is great news. I thought it was just too obscure to be that easily available. Thank you for steering me in the right (easy) direction.

I don't find Israeli whole wheat couscous all that easy to find either, so it may be that the previous comments are confusing it with whole wheat couscous, plain and simple. If so, you can find whole wheat Israeli couscous here at a reasonable price: http://tinyurl.com/8yq9mu Hope this helps!
