Soooo, I have a butterball I can't brine =*( DO u have a tasty rub recipe or something to make my un-brined turkey amazing? ( TRYING TO SHOW UP MY MOTHER-IN-LAW!!) HHHHHEELLLLLLLLLLLPP!!

hmm...I once did a creamed butter/tarragon/garlic/mushroom/carrot/celery/onion puree on and under the skin of a butterball with great results.

good luck with the MIL. Wine will help.

Yay=.....I was planning on unsalted butter, garlic, white wine (Reisling) and tarragon....
