Serious Eats: Talk

Phx/Tempe eats?

I'm in Phx for a business trip and after driving around Tempe and ending up at PF Changs (ugh), I'd like to find something better for lunch and dinner the rest of the week. I really prefer non-chain restaurants and they don't have to be *too* nice (my per diem isn't absurd), but I like my food to be GOOD.

Suggestions?
