I've been veg since I was a teenager (in my 30s now). Now that I've developed a huge interest in food and cooking, I find myself wondering what things taste like - dishes that I see at fancy restaurants, sushi, different cuts of meat.
The idea of eating meat is still not appealing, but I can't help feeling like I'm missing out on trying new things, and holding myself back in the kitchen.
If you were veg for a long period of time and changed back, I'm curious to know why, what was the first thing you ate, and if you still get weired out by eating certain things.
