Hello Fellow SE-ers!
I'm brainstorming ideas to WOW the office with on Christmas pot-luck day this year; but we have a designer in our office with some crazy allergies:

1) Sulphites: (Potassium bisulphite/metabisulphite, Sodium bisulphite/dithionite/metabisulphite/sulphite, Sulfur dioxide, Sulphiting agents, Sulphurous acid, Caramel colour, Modified corn starch)

2) Artificial Sweeteners: (Aspertame, Sucralose, acesulfame potassium, splenda)

3) Monosodium glutamate (MSG)

It isn't manditory to be mindful of these, but I'd like to make sure he's included this year. My mission for you folks is: Can you suggest some main-course recipes that attempt to honour these outragous allergy restrictions? I'd even be happy with a resource!
