the bf won a corned beef at the meat raffle last nite. the only problem is it's about 20 lbs. i am going to cook some tonight, a boiled dinner and some for hash for breakfast during the week, but i was wondering can you freeze the cooked meat or do you think it would be better to cut into a few roasts and freeze raw? the cooked meat would be defrosted and used for sandwiches if cooked beforehand.
