Marsala Wine Shelf Life
So I have a bottle of Marsala wine that I purchased to use strictly for cooking. It is a screw top bottle and I opened it almost a year ago and haven't touched it since. I am going to make a tiramisu and was wondering is this wine still ok to use or no?

Open it up and taste it. If it is bitter chuck it. I keep mine on the floor of the pantry in the dark, usually around 6 months since I use it often.
The only good thing about marsala is it is not expensive. I think if its been kept away from light and heat it will be fine.
