Recently moved to a large city (instead of small town) Fell in love with Biryani at the local Indian place. Great flavor & right heat for my tastes. I am going to attempt to make it at home instead of spending the money every time I have a craving.
I have googled "biryani" and come up with several different recipes & spice blends. Anyone have a good recipe?
