good or not so much?
Hey, I'm new to this site and I have a story and a question for anyone. In June, I bought 12 coconuts for a Luau party and had several left over. They sat in "hiding" until tonight when I found them and decided to crack them open for a look-see. Not surprisingly they were dry(...ish) inside. One of them was moister than the others... but it smells "funny" and is sort of brown instead of white. With that premise, how do I know if any of these can still be used for cooking? Anyone who has ANY idea... help, please.
