Giada is Genius
Last year I did my own version of Giada's citrus infused turkey recipe and it came out amazing. This year I based my recipe off of hers by stuffing the inside of the turkey with orange and lemon, rosemary, tarragon and sage and then making my own spice rub with smoked sea salt as the main component. She is a genius. It's so tender and juicy with the perfect infusion of citrus. I highly recommend trying her recipe. Works with chicken as well. My husband loved it when I roasted a chicken in the same fashion. Happy thanksgiving everybody.

I've never been disappointed with a Giada recipe!

This is the best turkey recipe, and so easy! I use a fresh kosher turkey and all olive oil instead of the oil/butter combo. The only thing missing is how to figure out the cooking time if your turkey is a different size.
