Fruit Lizette?
I picked up a pie at the bakery yesterday called a "Fruit Lizette". But I can't find any reference to this style of pie anywhere on the interwebs. Anybody know?

I'd guess that it's named after the baker/creator of that pie, or someone the baker knows. Or it's just a name that he/she likes.
Someone I know named one of her cookie creations after her dog, and people ask her all the time about the name. You'd never find that one online, either.
