Espresso (cappucino) at home
I have a Bialetti 6 oz stovetop espresso maker and I have two questions. The mfgr says to clean with water only, but that leaves a stale coffee smell which I don't like. I have been using soap and now notice some discoloration in the pot. What do you use?
My other question is, why can't I make a cappucino as good as I can get at a coffee shop? I found a coffee that I really liked, but then of course the store stopped carrying it. Even with that coffee, it wasn't as good. My foam is OK, though
