White chocolate that is not too sweet

I'm looking for white chocolate that is not too sweet. I will use it to make a ganache filling. Does anyone have brand recommendation? Thank you in advance.

Have you tried the Ghirardelli white chocolate baking bar? We use it to make a white chocolate creme brulee....

lindt white is the only one i like

Have you tried the Lindt Creme Brulee candy bar? It's got little crispy bits of sugar like the real thing.... it's delicious.

no, do they have it in the truffle size.. i can't have sugar but on the holidays i like to indulgea little bit. alright a lot.

Morinaga Dars-- it's a Japanese brand and it really is not that sweet.
