Types of Salted Cod.
Help. I found a mail order company in CA for Salted Cod and am calling tomorrow to place an order. Apparently there are different types of cods for different kinds of cooking. I've only make the "stew" types with olives, onions and tomatoes. Any information and/or help would really be appreciated.
