Pumpkin seeds / Squash seeds
I'm roasting some butternut squash and veggies right now for a soup... I've roasted pumpkin seeds before, but can I roast squash seeds in the same way? Seems like a shame to just throw these away...

We do it all the time! Sprinkle with old bay seasoning for that "crabby" flavor!! I snack on them in the car!!

Such a shame.... my OH doesn't get the awesomeness of Old Bay. Ah well, he moved to the south and got used to Tony's so maybe in the future.
