Pumpkin Cheesecake Pecan Pie
Mom always made a huge variety of pies for the various holidays. One she never made was the conglomeration that I am so curious about. We've had all three separately, but never all-in-one.
I recall seeing a photo somewhere and drooling. There are quite a few recipes on the internet, but I'd love to know if any of you have either eaten or baked this pie. If so, your thoughts and favorite recipe if you loved it.
