I recently moved (couple of months ago) and noticed all of my cupcakes and cakes have been feeling more dense and less fluffy. I only moved from NJ to Brooklyn, so I'm thinking it's an oven thing rather than an altitude thing. I've been playing around with baking times and temps but for the fourth time in about a month and a half my cupcakes came out delicious, but not at all fluffy or light.
Any ideas?
