Well, it's our first cool night here in Southern California, and I'm celebrating it with a homemade mushroom and tortolinni soup. I've been planning this soup since I bought some incredible Shiitakes from the Asian supermarket. I also bought my first stew meat for a big batch of beef stew (these two will be freeze and reheat leftovers). I'm so ready for "fall/winter foods." What foods do you use to celebrate that first bit of cool weather?
