My roommate and I spent last weekend picking 3 buckets of pears from our backyard trees... problem is, neither one of us really like pears all that much. We have started making cider with some of them, but there is no way we can drink that much cider... so.. what does one do w/ a lot of pears when you dont' like pears that much? :) Any ideas would be helpful. Oh, and i'm not sure what kind of pears they are... they're on the smaller side w/ brown speckles on them... and I live in vermont if that matters.
