Moist and Low Fat Brownies...

I have to share my little success story. I have been craving brownies for days! I finally bought a box of Pillsbury brownies mix 2 days ago. Looking around my kitchen there were two very overly rip bananas I thought.. hmm... I wonder. The Pillsbury calls for 1/4 cup of oil and I substituted the oil with the 2 mashed up bananas.
Baked the brownies according to the directions on the box and the result was incredible! Super moist and chewy. Best of all its LOW FAT! Give it a try for ya'll Brownies Addict.
It has a very slight hint of bananas...
