About 10 years ago, my friend Thommy and I would go too a lil bar in Lake Zurich Il. called appropriately enough, the Zurich Inn, and on thursdays they served Apple meatloaf, with cheddar/garlic mashed potatoes. It was simple but outstanding. Ive tried to make this for my wife and myself, but cant seem to get the consistency/amount of ingredients, correct. Anyone have a recipe(s) that can help me out for Apple meatloaf? Thanks, John.
