My good friend called last night with a dessert emergency. Some local yocal VIP is coming to their house Saturday afternoon. The challenge is some assorted chocolate dipped strawberries, a nice lemon cake and one cookie.
I got the cake done, strawberries waiting to be dipped and decorated. One cookie, which one would you make?
Only hitch is no nuts. The VIP has nut allergies.
