I am going to a party tonight and will be bringing an appetizer. I am looking for ideas for yummy but easy appetizers. Something pretty simple and quick to prepare and something with universal appeal as I do not know the people who will be there so I have no ideas what their tastes are. I do not want to be one of those guests who come and need to take up a bunch of oven space to finish or re heat a dish so it needs to be cold or room temp. I usually do desserts for bringing to other places and have found I am stumped for a good appetizer that does not need to be served hot! Thanks for the help!
