Avocado anyone!
I make this great salad and just wanted to share. If you like corn and avocado you will love this. Take one large avocado dice it up and grilled corn on the cob put it in a bowl add fresh squeezed lemon use your judgement, salt, balk pepper. This is how I love it, but you could add so much more. Get a bag of tostidoes and enjoy.
