My family is spending part of the holidays at a beach house in Florida. I’ve (quite willingly) been placed in charge of planning (and probably executing) the week’s menus. I enjoy meal planning and cooking, so this is no chore. But I’d love to hear your suggestions for healthy, yummy meals that don’t require special equipment or a lot of time spent out of the sun.
So what would you make for six adults, one teenager, and two children? (Bonus points for seasonal local ingredients!)
