My boyfriend swears up and down that a few years ago, he had some bacon that was not only applewood smoked, but peppered too. I've looked for it, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I would love to surprise him with some. Have any of you serious eaters heard of this, and where could I find it? Any reputable online places you know of?
