You should probably provide more details.... budget? how many meals you will be having? what type of foods you would like to try (or avoid), etc.. otherwise, the list becomes pretty extensive...

no budget really..... just blow mind food is all we are really looking for... deli, Italian, french bistro, breakfast, sushi, coming this weekend so reservations may be a problem but usually have good luck with the concierge hooking things up..... lived in vegas so i dont want any places that have a vegas location..... maybe 8-9 meals

On the Bowery? H.S.F., of course, at 46 Bowery! Review here:

After that, go shopping for lamps (the Bowery is the lighting district, to the extent that one still exists in NYC).

momofuku Ko (if you can nail a reservation), momofuku ssam bar (the pork belly steamed buns), soup dumplings (soupy buns) at Joe's Shanghai in Chinatown (don't go to the midtown location), Hatsuhana (the one btwn madison and 5th), Masa (if you can afford it.. never been, but will before I die..), Artichoke, Magnolia's (cupcakes, although I've heard people like Sprinkles better), Norma's for brunch, 2nd Ave. Deli, Di Fara, Peter Lugers, Yo Taisho! or Yakitori Totto (yakitori), Sasabune, Bonchon Chicken, Pio Pio, Per Se, Sakagura..
I've been to most of the above and are some of my favorites in the city... good luck, and happy eating!

Katz's for deli...it's just the best...period.
Al Bustan is scrumptious if you like Turkish food...
Churrascaria Plataforma...a delicious Brazilian restaurant. The waiters bring different delicious skewers of meats to your table and slice them on to your plate...yum!!!
Indochine is an old favorite...the food is brilliant...
