Where can I buy mustard seed in NYC below 14th street?
I need mustard seed for canning which I thought would be easy to find at any grocery store. Not so.

below 14th? how about lifethyme on sixth avenue. or there's a whole foods on bowery now. you'd definitely find it at kalustyan's, which is at about 24th and lex

chelsea market, the produce store has great deals on nice sized plastic containers of spices, always go there to get ingredients for cocktail bitters.

Aphrodisia on Bleeker between 6th and 7th aves would most likely have it (and any other spice you need)
