Spelt help
Happy labor day everyone! I hope you're all enjoying your tasty eats today. I have been recently wanting to try spelt bagels, pasta, etc. However on the ingredients list of many spelt items next to spelt flour in parenthesis is says wheat. What does this mean exactly? Thanks for the help :)
