At the Yankee game last night I was sitting next to an Asian couple who had brought along some very interesting food. I was able to identify most of it, except for one thing- an egg. Not a chicken egg, though, I think. The shell was a dark brown, and so was the inside. It didn't smell much, so I doubt it was a thousand-year egg or anything like that. But it was definitely.. all brown. And about the same size as a chicken egg. Any ideas?
