Looks bad but tastes great!
As I eat my Palak Paneer, I'm wondering if there are any foods that you find to be visually revolting-- but the taste is so good that you eat it anyway.
So my question is: What foods look bad, but taste great? I will start...

lol palak paneer is pretty gross looking now that you mention it. I think most things that have a lot of cooked spinach probably look gross to most people since it's dark green.

Actually, I think laulau and poi look so great they make my mouth water.
What looks crummy to me is raw shellfish, like those clams that hang out of the shell, and oysters. But boy do they taste good.

Geoduck clams. I have to admit to never having eaten them, but I hear they are great. I just can't get past their disgusting tumescence.
