Not a recipe, but a suggestion - look for a recipe that uses plain yogurt. I made the Pioneer Woman's blueberry muffins made with yogurt and they were awesome.

try www.recipezarr.com I LOVE them! I like that other people rate it so you know if 52 people gave it 5 stars it is goooood. you can also compare different recipes to see what matches what u think it needs. :)

Try Ann Hodgeman's "Seven-Glazed Lemon Poppyseed Muffins" recipe from Beat This. The best.
