Cooking Classes in NYC
I've taken some amazing classes at ICE (Institute of Culinary Education), and looking for some other locations to take recreational cooking and baking classes.
Has anyone taken any good classes any where else in the NYC area?

It's not technically a *cooking* class, but I took a great class on butchering a pig at the Brooklyn Kitchen which Alaina wrote up on SE:NY. That was a blast, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I took a pie-making class at the same place--Brooklyn Kitchen--and LOVED it. They have other cool stuff going on there, like a class on knife skills, which I have not taken yet--but it looks really cool.

The chef at Fiamma is doing cooking classes. I have not taken one, but I heard from a friend that it was a fun class and the food was delicious. Something a little different than ICE as you are in a true restaurant kitchen, which may be interesting to see the behind-the-scenes work.

I took a great cheese class at Artisanal; they have a fondue class which looks phenomenal.
