Craft Sausage Manufacturers... where are they?

I am looking for the best Sausage manufacturers on the planet. Preferably craft sausage makers. I am looking for all kinds... like the typical... Hot Dogs, Italian, Linguica,Merguez, Kielbasa, Brats, Chorizo...etc. and the unusual like wild game, alligator and rattlesnake sausages. I have been looking on the web but have only turned up a handful of what appear to be the type of manufacturers I am looking for. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
