Party Food
So, I'm sitting here thinking about the menu for the party this Friday. It's the Annual Golf Outing for the guys and the after party will be at our house. So you see my predicament...what to serve. Then I thought to ask you Serious Eaters-what is your favorite Party Food? Is there anything you always make? Is there something you would love to have served to you? I was thinking Meatball/Sausage Subs, Sausage and Peppers, Spinach Dip (cold version), Pasta salad (don't have a good recipe though)...Still undecided about the apps: grilled bacon wrapped shrimp and grilled scallops (both of which are crowd pleasers). I'm lucky in that there are no food allergies. See, I need your help-I'm all over the place. :)
