NYE Venue: Dinner and Dancing
It's a little early for this, but I'm looking for a friend coming in from out of town, they don't want the hassle of Time Square or to pay hundreds of dollars for an open bar special event place.
Three ladies in their 30's are looking for something with dinner and possibly dancing (or close to dancing that won't be difficult to get into after 11. My initial thoughts is Le Souk or something similar. It's not quite the right atmosphere but close. Would appreciate any other suggestions...

one little west 12th would be my first rec for something that has decent food and definitely a scene for dancing.

the park on tenth and i think like seventeenth - dinner was great, good cocktails, and it turns into a club upstairs after hours.

Go to Brighton Beach or Greenpoint for the utmost in Eastern European glam dining and dancing. You won't have a problem getting in, but you might not want to leave at the end of the night!
