I'm looking for suggestions on an appropriate Manhattan restaurant to celebrate my forthcoming 40th birthday. Our entire party will be travelling over from Ireland. It will be my parents first time in NYC and as they celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary back in February, we want somewhere old-NYC but not full of OAP's!!Our party contains 12 adults & 4 young children so it will have to be either a lunchtime or early evening affair but we want to get dressed up, a little!! Looking to spend $60-$100 per person (my husband will be picking up the tab!!) and it will be around end of December. Also, my Dad loves his Fillet Mignon - not a lover of fancy food.....but the rest of us are!! All suggestions will be gratefully accepted!
